Support forming, pouring, and finishing activities Assist with site preparation and cleanup Move materials and tools around the job site Assist carpenters and finishers during concrete placements Maintain jobsite safety and housekeeping
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience working on DOT or infrastructure projects is a plus
Key Requirements
Experience in heavy civil, roadway, or structural concrete construction preferred
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to follow safety procedures and jobsite instructions
Reliable transportation and ability to work on active construction sites
Foreman candidates should have prior leadership experience managing crews
