Required Skills
Place, level, and finish concrete surfaces Operate finishing tools including screeds, floats, and trowels Ensure proper curing and surface finish standards Work closely with the foreman and carpenters during placement operations
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience working on DOT or infrastructure projects is a plus
Key Requirements
Experience in heavy civil, roadway, or structural concrete construction preferred
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to follow safety procedures and jobsite instructions
Reliable transportation and ability to work on active construction sites
Foreman candidates should have prior leadership experience managing crews
