We publish the highly respected Comp legal treatise and conduct live training seminars and webinars. The firm develops lasting relationships with clients through superior legal services at significant value, and has grown rapidly since its inception in 1996.


We are seeking a forward-thinking Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our team. Our work environment is hybrid with some travel required for appearances, hearings, depositions, and mandatory office meetings. Our Attorneys manage the legal defense of Workers' Compensation cases from inception to final resolution, including all aspects of discovery and litigation. The attorneys work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.

Job requirements:



Key Responsibilities

• Manage Caseload: Oversee workers' compensation claims from initial intake to final resolution or settlement.

• Litigate Claims: Represent clients at hearings, trials, mediations, and depositions.

• Gather Evidence: Analyze medical records, take witness statements, and collaborate with medical and vocational experts.

• Negotiate Settlements: Evaluate claim values and negotiate effectively with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel.

• Client Communication: Provide regular, empathetic, and clear updates to clients regarding their case status.
