Best locum job in NM All MDA Group no call 3 weeks then one week call only no day OR, little trauma bread & butter cases no heads/hearts. We are seeking dedicated an anesthesiologist to join our top-tier all physician team, where excellence in patient care is our priority.
Position Highlights:
Team Structure: Three anesthesiologists will handle daily bread and butter OR surgeries, supported by our excellent surgeons and staff.
Call Schedule: One anesthesiologist will be on call for a week every fourth week, covering shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM.
Work-Life Balance: The remaining three anesthesiologists will not have call duties until the weekend, ensuring a balanced schedule. You go home as soon as your cases are done.
Three anesthesiologists will be responsible for operating rooms (OR) and performing surgeries, have one anesthesiologist doing just call for a week every fourth week, We have a team of excellent surgeons and OR and anesthesia staff to support our operations.
Three doctors will do the daily cases, ensuring their smooth execution. The fourth doctor will take on call duties for five consecutive days, with shifts running from 19:00 to 07:00. The other doctors will not be on call until the weekend.

Qualifications
MD or DO in Anesthesiology
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Eligible for or currently hold an active New Mexico Medical License
Current ACLS Certification
