We're looking for a motivated, outgoing individual to join our growing team as a Hearing Instrument Specialist Apprentice. No experience is necessary. We provide paid training, all training materials, ongoing education, and support through the state licensing process.

Job requirements:
• Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and care
• Perform hearing evaluations (training provided)
• Explain results and recommend hearing solutions
• Fit, program, and adjust hearing aids
• Clean, troubleshoot, and coordinate hearing aid repairs
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Travel between office locations as needed
• Participate in ongoing training and licensing education
• Stay organized and communicate effectively with patients and team members
