A Career Beyond Just Employment

Are you a CPA with 2-4 years of public accounting experience looking for an opportunity to grow beyond the traditional career path? This role offers the chance to take ownership of your work while contributing to the success of a firm that values its employees as true stakeholders.

Our firm operates as a 100% employee-owned company through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). This structure ensures that every team member directly benefits from the firm's success, building long-term financial stability while contributing to a culture that prioritizes career development, transparency, and work-life balance.

Why Choose an Employee-Owned Firm?

As an ESOP firm, employees are not just part of the team—they are owners with a stake in the company's growth.

  • Direct Financial Benefits – The value of ESOP shares increases as the firm grows, providing long-term wealth-building opportunities.
  • Greater Job Stability – ESOP firms are 400% more resilient during economic downturns and 25% more likely to remain in business long-term.
  • Transparency and Ownership Mentality – Employees have access to company-wide performance metrics and are empowered to make meaningful contributions.

This is more than a job—it is an opportunity to build equity in your career.
