Job Overview
Our client is urgently hiring multiple Civil Engineers at various experience levels to support Residential Land Development projects. Whether you are a Professional Engineer (PE) or an unregistered professional, this role provides a growth-oriented environment where you can develop your technical skills and make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and oversee civil engineering projects with a focus on residential land development.
Prepare engineering plans, reports, and technical drawings related to:
Site development
Grading
Stormwater management
Utility design
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure project success, meeting timelines and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections and compliance checks to ensure adherence to local codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
Provide technical support and expertise throughout all project phases, from planning to completion.
Work on multi-disciplinary projects, collaborating with structural, geotechnical, and environmental engineering teams as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required (unregistered professionals are encouraged to apply).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in residential land development.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software.
Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations related to civil engineering and land development.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
