Our client is expanding and seeking a Tax + Advisory Services Consultant to join their growing, employee-owned firm. Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a curious and experienced professional to join our trusted advisory team. This role will be a key leadership position within the Salina market while also contributing to the firmwide tax team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive tax consulting and planning for a diverse range of clients.
  • Conduct compliance reviews and in-depth research on tax-related matters.
  • Serve clients across multiple industries, ensuring tailored advisory services.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop talent within the tax and advisory services team.
  • Actively engage in business development and client relationship management.

Qualifications

  • CPA certification required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in corporate, partnership, trust, and individual tax preparation, with supervisory experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management abilities.
  • Active involvement in the community and ability to develop additional business opportunities.
