They are currently seeking a Family Law Attorney to manage family law cases, provide compassionate legal counsel, and contribute to the firm’s success through business development and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in divorce, custody, alimony, and property division cases
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs
Advocate for clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations
Develop effective litigation and settlement strategies
Provide empathetic, clear, and effective legal counsel to clients
Engage in business development by consulting with potential clients and facilitating legal retainers
Participate in networking events to expand the firm’s client base
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
Active New Jersey Bar Admission
Minimum of four years of family law experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to explain complex legal concepts in a client-friendly manner
Experience in consultative selling to attract and retain clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software
Preferred Skills
Litigation experience
Familiarity with Salesforce and iManage
An existing book of business is a plus
