Our mission is to support clients in controlling costs, meeting design specifications, and delivering top-quality steel solutions—such as wire mesh server room cages for data centers, handrails, railings, and mezzanines—on time and within budget.


Position: Project Manager (Steel Industry)
We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in a full-time, on-site role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the steel or commercial construction industry and will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from contract award through final completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and clear communication throughout each phase.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to closeout

  • Interpret and analyze contract documents and shop drawings

  • Perform accurate material and labor takeoffs

  • Use AutoCAD and/or Tekla to assist with light steel detailing and correct shop drawings

  • Coordinate closely with contractors, suppliers, engineers, and architects

  • Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, transmittals, change orders, and estimates

  • Participate in site visits, field meetings, and subcontractor meetings as required

  • Oversee logistics and inspections across all project stages

  • Prioritize and manage tasks effectively across concurrent projects


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience, ideally in commercial construction or steel fabrication

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Tekla, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment
