We are seeking an experienced Structural Project Engineer to join our Dallas, TX team. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative, employee-focused environment on some of the most exciting and recognizable projects in the region.

In this role, you will take responsibility for projects of varying size and complexity, guiding them from concept through completion. With the benefit of in-house collaboration across multiple disciplines, you will lead all structural aspects of the project—interfacing directly with clients, ensuring technical excellence, managing schedules, and supporting your project team to deliver successful outcomes. Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 9 years of experience in the architectural engineering consulting environment
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
  • Strong expertise in the structural engineering discipline
  • Solid knowledge of construction costs and budgeting
  • Experience managing moderate to complex projects, or acting as a secondary point of contact on larger projects
  • Proven ability to schedule and manage tasks for the structural discipline
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the structural discipline in client and team meetings
