Qualifications
Education: BSCE degree required.
Licensing: California Professional Civil Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
Experience:
8–12 years of relevant industry experience OR 12–15 years of equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3 years in a management role supervising technical staff.

Managerial Responsibilities
Oversee preparation and management of construction documents and contracts.
Direct construction support services and field coordination.
Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work.
Lead client and public-agency interactions.
Supervise design and support staff, providing mentorship and guidance.
Technical Expertise
Ability to perform conceptual and preliminary engineering design studies, incorporating land use, zoning, site constraints, infrastructure needs, and regulatory considerations.
Preparation and processing of regulatory and public improvement plans (private and public).
Conduct constructability reviews.
Provide a range of construction support services.
Strong knowledge of jurisdictional codes, standards, and procedures within California is preferred.
Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D is required.
