As an Associate Attorney, you will manage the legal defense of workers’ compensation cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, litigation, and close collaboration with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all aspects of workers’ compensation defense cases from start to finish.
  • Conduct discovery, depositions, and hearings.
  • Develop case strategies and provide proactive case management.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to achieve favorable results.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor (JD) required.
  • Active member of the State Bar of California.
  • Strong research, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
