As an Associate Attorney, you will manage the legal defense of workers’ compensation cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, litigation, and close collaboration with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.
Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of workers’ compensation defense cases from start to finish.
Conduct discovery, depositions, and hearings.
Develop case strategies and provide proactive case management.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to achieve favorable results.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor (JD) required.
Active member of the State Bar of California.
Strong research, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
