What You Bring

Experience: 10+ years

• Lead and manage land development projects from entitlement through project closeout, ensuring delivery on schedule and within budget.

• Oversee wetlands remediation and mitigation—including planning, permitting, design coordination, and full compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory bodies.

• Plan, supervise, and optimize soil surcharging activities, including load management and settlement monitoring for site and foundation readiness.

• Direct infrastructure installation for 50-unit single-family developments including grading, drainage, utilities, roadway construction, and public improvements from design to commissioning.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (civil, environmental, geotechnical, survey, etc.) to align scope, cost, and schedule.

• Manage risk, change orders, QA/QC, safety programs, and environmental compliance to reduce exposure and enhance project performance.

• Create and maintain schedules, cost estimates, procurement strategies, and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Work with municipalities, regulatory agencies, and utilities to secure permits, approvals, right-of-way, and acquisitions.

• Maintain detailed project records, documentation, and file controls for regulatory review and audit purposes.

• Mentor field staff and subcontractors on wetlands mitigation best practices and land development standards.

• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation for project travel.
