Job Purpose:

  • Handle customer orders and order-to-cash related requests.
  • Deliver exceptional customer value by following Goodyear Dunlop processes and guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and other Supply Chain departments to meet customer needs and maximize satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Order Entry: Receive and process customer orders, inform customers about product availability and delivery dates.
  • Order Management: Follow-up on orders and inquiries, ensuring clear and reliable order confirmations.
  • Quality Management: Process customer claims and drive swift resolution of notifications.
  • First Contact Resolution: Maximize customer requests answered during the first contact, logging and following up on remaining requests.
  • Sales and Customer Order Fulfillment: Take necessary actions to fulfill orders and guide customers through our product portfolio.

Skills and Experience:

  • 1 year of experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP transactions (order management & quality management)
  • Excellent English and German communication skills (any other European language is a plus)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, support team goals, and communicate with customers
