We maintain a strong focus on detailed and comprehensive tax and estate planning in coordination with the client's investment advisor and lawyer. We do not draft legal documents.
Role Description
The responsibilities include preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals and trusts, as well as ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. As a Tax Accountant, you may also contribute to strategic tax planning.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Tax Compliance, Tax Preparation, and general Tax-related processes
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in documentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, based on your personal tax experience
At least three years of professional experience in tax preparation
Proficient in tax and spreadsheet software, particularly CCH Axcess or ProSystem
Strong communication and client relationship management skills
CPA, EA, or Registered Tax Return Preparer certification is a plus
