We are looking for a Tax Senior who wants to do solid technical work, take ownership of returns, and play a key role in building a scalable firm.


This is not a churn-and-burn role. You will work closely with a Tax Manager and Partner, have clear expectations, and be trusted with meaningful responsibility.


What You’ll Do


  • Prepare and review complex tax returns, including:
  • Individual returns with K-1s, real estate, and investments
  • S corporations and partnerships
  • Multi-state returns
  • Serve as a technical buffer between staff and the Tax Manager
  • Translate review notes into clean, final workpapers
  • Research tax issues and summarize conclusions clearly
  • Communicate directly with clients on routine tax matters
  • Help improve workflows, templates, and documentation
  • Mentor junior and staff-level accountants as the team grows


What We’re Looking For


  • 4–7 years of public accounting tax experience
  • Strong experience with 1040s, 1120s, 1120S, and 1065s
  • Comfortable owning returns from start to finish
  • Able to spot issues and propose solutions, not just ask questions
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and process-minded
  • CPA license preferred, or actively pursuing
