We work with municipalities, transportation agencies, electrical utilities, oil and gas companies, and private land developers. As we expand our presence in Montana, we’re seeking a licensed Civil Engineer who is ready to play a pivotal role in both technical project delivery and business development.


Position Overview:

We’re looking for a licensed Civil Engineer (Montana PE required) with established experience in the Missoula area who can help lead our growth in the region. Alongside overseeing civil engineering projects, this role will focus on building relationships with new clients, supporting marketing initiatives, and helping expand our service offerings in Montana.


Key Responsibilities:

·      Provide civil engineering expertise on a variety of projects, including land development, transportation, and utility infrastructure.

·      Serve as the primary engineering contact in Montana, representing us to clients and partners.

·      Lead and manage local projects from design through completion.

·      Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.

·      Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and attending industry events.

·      Collaborate with leadership to expand company presence in Montana and establish long-term operations.

·      Provide mentorship and technical guidance as our Montana team grows.


Qualifications:

·      Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Montana (required).

·      6+ years of professional civil engineering experience, with strong knowledge of regional codes and practices.

·      Established presence and professional network in the Missoula area.

·      Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and client relationships.

·      Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

·      Experience or interest in business development, marketing, or client outreach.
