The ideal candidate is collaborative, responsible, solutions-focused, and demonstrates a professional attitude by following directions and fostering teamwork.
Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety requirements, maintaining schedules, monitoring quality, resolving field issues, and keeping accurate project documentation.
Candidates should have 5+ years of commercial construction supervision experience, strong knowledge of construction practices and codes, effective communication skills, and proficiency with general project management software.
