You must also:
- Be fluent in English & Spanish (written & spoken).
- Hold a Texas law license in good standing.
- Have 5+ years of immigration law experience with proven mastery in:
- Asylum, Withholding of Removal, Convention Against Torture
- Cancellation of Removal (EOIR-42A & EOIR-42B)
- U-Visas
- Adjustment of Status (Green Cards)
- Consular Processing
- Naturalization
- DACA
- EADs
- Advanced Parole requests
- I-751s
- Work Visas
- Business Immigration experience is a plus
- Successfully lead and manage legal support teams.
- Possess superior writing skills and persuasive legal arguments.
- Be tech-savvy and detail-obsessed (you spot errors others miss).
- Thrive in high-stakes settings like courtrooms and interviews.
- Have a proven track record of winning cases.
