They are seeking bright, team-oriented individuals for this full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate role in Santa Maria, CA.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience; Master’s degree a plus
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus
  • 3 to 5 years of audit and accounting experience within a public accounting firm
  • Expertise in compilations and reviews, and individual and business taxation for privately held companies
  • Good technical, communication and interpersonal skills to manage multiple tasks and projects while working with staff members, partners and clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Presentation skills and strong organizational techniques are required
  • High motivation and passion for the profession a must
  • Financial Statements, Financial Audits, and Auditing skills
  • Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
  • Experience in conducting audits and financial analysis
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
