We are looking for an experienced Application Lead for SAP ABAP Development for HANA. In this role, you will design, build, and configure SAP applications, ensuring that the solutions align with project requirements and adhere to established standards. As the primary point of contact, you will lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful project delivery.

Your daily responsibilities will include developing and implementing SAP ABAP solutions for HANA, working closely with teams to gather requirements, and designing solutions that address business needs. You will guide technical team members, ensure projects are completed on time, and maintain documentation such as design specifications and test plans. Staying up-to-date with advancements in SAP ABAP and incorporating innovative approaches will be key to maintaining a competitive edge.

We are looking for someone with strong experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA who can lead development projects from start to finish. You should have a deep understanding of ABAP programming concepts such as ABAP Objects, ALV, BAPI, and IDOCs. Knowledge of HANA modeling, including CDS views and AMDP, along with experience in performance tuning and optimization, is required. Familiarity with integrating SAP ABAP with non-SAP systems using web services or RFCs is highly desirable. Additionally, experience in SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Cloud Platform development will be an advantage.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, with a strong educational background in computer science, IT, or a related field. You must have a proven record of delivering impactful SAP solutions and leading teams effectively.
