They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structural Design Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will design and engineer structural solutions for industrial clients. Your technical expertise and CAD skills will ensure the successful completion of projects to the highest standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fieldwork at industrial and manufacturing sites, including taking measurements, scanning, sketching concepts, and communicating with stakeholders on projects involving existing and new infrastructure.
  • Draft, design, and engineer concepts both independently and within a collaborative project team using CAD and structural analysis software.
  • Present design concepts and documents for review internally with team members and externally with client stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the engineer of record and project manager to produce construction documents.
  • Work independently or within a collaborative team environment, depending on the size and scope of the project.


Required Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Engineering (Civil/Structural preferred) from an ABET-accredited institution.
  • 2-5 years of experience with design and engineering for industrial or manufacturing facilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, and other CAD design software.
  • In-depth knowledge of concrete and steel design and engineering.
  • Ability to independently manage small projects and work effectively within a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for client interaction and relationship building.
  • Previous experience in consulting engineering and construction is a plus.
  • Familiarity with capital project development and the FEL process is preferred.
  • EIT certification with a desire to pursue Professional Engineer (P.E.) status is a plus.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
