Key Responsibilities:
Appear in court for various proceedings.
Take and defend depositions.
Review records and prepare case analyses.
Conduct client meetings to discuss case developments.
Draft legal reports and motions.
Handle trials with substantial independence under the supervision of senior attorneys.
Qualifications:
2-6 years of trial experience is required.
A valid driver's license is necessary for travel to court cases across the five boroughs and counties including Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Ulster, Dutchess, Sullivan, Orange, Nassau, Mineola, and Suffolk.
